PRE-ORDER POLICY FOR HAIR SHEARS:

To purchase an Out-Of-Stock Item, a pre-order must be made through the same means as a normal purchase. One benefit of pre-ordering scissors is being able to secure your size and handedness, without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.This is usually per the date suggested on the product page at time of order placement.

Demand can be very high on certain items & frequently they can sell out 

Please kindly note, Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled/refunded till the product has arrived to the logistics warehouse. However, if you wish to change your item to another scissors this can be arranged via our staff.

Public Holidays are not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur to Pre-Orders. So please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind/sizing or cancellations.
